Did 6 miles rulking, 3 to 1 ratio. The longer I run continuosly, the more humble I become.  I figure for a middle aged woman I am in pretty good shape comparatively speaking (even to some mid twenty year olds!) but this has DEFINATELY humbled me!  It was a hard run on Saturday, but I felt pretty good when I finished.
